Please contact us at (270) 885-7464 for an Return Authorization (RA) Number and instructions regarding return shipments. Do not ship back returned items without prior authorization and an RA number because those shipments will not be accepted.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from J. Schrecker Jewelry, you may return the item to the store for a full refund.
Returns must be received within 30 days from purchase date with the original receipt and packaging with all original tags still attached. Items must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition. There are no refunds on special orders, custom items,or items which have been engraved, sized, or otherwise modified. Items which meet this criteria may also be exchanged for credit towards another purchase. Please call (270) 885-7464 for additional information.
Orders placed prior to 3:00 pm CST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm CST will usually be shipped on the following regular business day.
Orders which include items that need to be sized, engraved, or otherwise altered may incur a delay before shipment. Contact us with any questions regarding these services prior to placing your order.
Items that are not currently in stock are considered Special Orders. These items will usually specify a longer estimated ship out time on the item description screen. If your order is not in stock, you will be contacted by the next regular business day regarding an estimated wait &/or delivery time.
Shipping is offered for all items to be delivered in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii only. International delivery is not available at this time.
We do not ship orders to Post Office Boxes.
Orders over valued over $500 require a signature at time of delivery.
