If you are not satisfied with your purchase from J. Schrecker Jewelry you may return the item to the store for refund. Please contact us at (270) 885-7464 or email@example.com for a Return Authorization (RA) Number and instructions regarding return shipments. Do not ship back returned items without prior authorization and an RA number because those shipments will not be accepted.
How to Return an Item:
Items purchased in store can only be returned/exchanged in store. Items purchased online may be returned/exchenged by mail or in store.
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping charges.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs related to returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase transaction and items must have the original tags still attached and be securely repacked in the original packaging.
You may use the carrier of your choice to ship the item back to the store. It is highly recommended that you use a method which is trackable and adequately insure the package in case of loss. J. Schrecker Jewelry cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All returns must include a copy of the original receipt with the name, address, phone number, and email address of the purchaser.
The package must include a Return Authorization (RA) Number which must be obtained prior to returning an item by contacting the store by phone or email as listed below. Please include the RA number on the exterior of your package.
Items which have been engraved, sized, customized, or modified in any way are not returnable. Items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition in order to be eligible for return.

Again, returns must be received within 30 days from purchase date with a copy of the original receipt and packaging with all original tags still attached. Items must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition. There are no refunds on special orders, custom items, or items which have been engraved, sized, or otherwise modified. Orders placed prior to 3:00 pm CST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm CST will usually be shipped on the following regular business day.
Orders which include items that need to be sized, engraved, or otherwise altered may incur a delay before shipment. Contact us with any questions regarding these services prior to placing your order.
Items that are not currently in stock are considered Special Orders. These items will usually specify a longer estimated ship out time on the item description screen. If your order is not in stock, you will be contacted by the next regular business day regarding an estimated wait &/or delivery time.
Shipping is offered for all items to be delivered in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii only. International delivery is not available at this time.
We do not ship orders to Post Office Boxes.
Orders over valued over $500 require a signature at time of delivery.
